Welcome to iPanda (the "Platform"). The Platform is provided and controlled by CCTV International Networks Co., LTD. (collectively "iPanda", "we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy covers the experience we provide for users aged 13 and over on our Platform.

Capitalized terms that are not defined in this policy have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Use.

What information do we collect?
We collect information when you use the Platform. We also collect information you share with us from third-party social network providers, and technical and behavioral information about your use of the Platform. We also collect information contained in the messages you send through our Platform and information from your phone book, if you grant us access to your phone book on your mobile device.  More information about the categories and sources of information is provided below.

Information we collect automatically
We automatically collect certain information from you when you use the Platform, including internet or other network activity information such as your IP address, geolocation-related data (as described below), unique device identifiers, browsing and search history (including content you have viewed in the Platform), and Cookies (as defined below).
 
Usage Information
We collect information regarding your use of the Platform and any other User Content that you generate through our Platform.

Device Information 
We collect information about the device you use to access the Platform, including your IP address, unique device identifiers, model of your device, your mobile carrier, time zone setting, screen resolution, operating system, app and file names and types, platform.

Location data
We collect information about your location, including location information based on your SIM card and/or IP address. With your permission, we may also collect Global Positioning System (GPS) data.

Cookies
We and our service providers and business partners use cookies and other similar technologies (e.g. web beacons, flash cookies, etc.) ("Cookies") to automatically collect information, measure and analyze which web pages you click on and how you use the Platform, enhance your experience using the Platform, improve the Platform, and provide you with targeted advertising on the Platform and elsewhere across your different devices. Cookies are small files which, when placed on your device, enable the Platform to provide certain features and functionality. Web beacons are very small images or small pieces of data embedded in images, also known as "pixel tags" or "clear GIFs",  that can recognize Cookies, the time and date a page is viewed, a description of the page where the pixel tag is placed, and similar information from your computer or device. Additionally, we allow these service providers and business partners to collect information about your online activities through Cookies. We and our service providers and business partners link your contact or subscriber information with your activity on our Platform across all your devices, using your email or other log-in or device information. Our service providers and business partners may use this information to display advertisements on our Platform and elsewhere online and across your devices tailored to your interests, preferences, and characteristics. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these service providers and business partners, and the information practices of these service providers and business partners are not covered by this Privacy Policy.
We may aggregate or de-identify the information described above. Aggregated or de-identified data is not subject to this Privacy Policy.

Scope and Methods of Personal Information Collection
When using "iPanda", you understand and agree that we may collect, store, and use the following data related to your personal information. This information may be used for the relevant features of "iPanda" Failure to provide certain information may prevent you from enjoying specific services or achieving the intended effects of such services.
Under the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, when you use the interactive messaging function of "iPanda", you may need to provide your real identity information through your account. We will assist you in choosing the appropriate method of completing real-name verification based on your identity attributes. If you only need to use the basic functions of browsing and searching, you do not need an "iPanda" account.
1. Information Provided by You
1.1 Information provided when logging in or using "iPanda" such as email and address, may identify you individually or in combination with other information. You may choose not to provide certain information, but this may affect the normal use of certain "iPanda" features.
2. Information Obtained Through Your Use of "iPanda"
2.1 Log information: When you are using "iPanda" we automatically collect your usage information and store it in related logs, such as your search queries, IP addresses, browser type, language used, date and time of service access, cookies, and web beacons.
2.2 Device or application information, including the unique application number of certain mobile devices or applications, configuration information provided by your mobile device, browser, or other program used to access "iPanda", device version number, device ID and more. In order to provide you with better service and improve your user experience, "iPanda" may record hardware model, operating system version number, device ID (Android_ID), International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), network device hardware address (MAC), device serial number, CPU version, device application installation list, Wifi information, recording function, clipboard function, album function, video function and other software and hardware data.
2.3 Location Information: When you turn on the device location function and use the location-based services provided by "iPanda", with your consent, we will use various information to locate you, so that you can obtain the relevant services without having to manually enter your own geographic coordinates. This information includes IP address, GPS signal and other sensor information that can provide relevant location information (such as information about nearby devices, WLAN access points and base stations). In order to improve your experience, we will use location information to provide you with better services and content after obtaining your consent.
2.4 According to the needs of various service scenarios of iPanda, we will obtain the storage, telephone, camera usage and other permissions of [Android] users as user identity identification, and store the pictures obtained by users in the App. For detailed permission names and usage scenarios, please see [Important Permission List].
3. Your Information We Obtain from Third Parties
With your consent, we may obtain account information (such as avatar and nickname) that you have authorized to share from third parties, and bind your third-party account to your iPanda account after you agree to this Privacy Policy, so that you can directly log in and use "iPanda" products and related services through third-party accounts. We will use the personal information we obtain from third parties in accordance with the agreement with the third party and after confirming the legality of the source of the personal information, on the premise of complying with the relevant laws and regulations.
4. When you use iPanda's search service, we will collect your search keyword information, device information, etc. In order to provide efficient search services, some of the aforementioned information will be temporarily stored on your local storage device. You understand and agree that if your search keyword information cannot be used alone or in combination with other information to identify your personal identity, it does not belong to personal information in the legal sense, and therefore we have the right to use it for other purposes; only when your search keyword information can be used alone or in combination with other information to identify your personal identity, we will treat your search keyword information as your personal information during the combined use period, and process and protect it together with your search history in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
5. When you participate in marketing activities organized by us, we may collect your name, mailing address and contact information according to the needs of the activities. This information is necessary for you to receive gifts. If you refuse to provide this information, we may not be able to send you gifts.

How we use your information?
As explained below, we use your information to fulfill and enforce our Terms of Use, to improve and administer the Platform, and to allow you to use its functionalities. 

We generally use the information we collect:
· to fulfill requests for products, services, Platform functionality, support and information for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical, and survey purposes and to solicit your feedback
· to improve and develop our Platform and conduct product development
· to understand how you use the Platform, including across your devices

Storage of Personal Information
1. Location of Information Storage:
In compliance with the stipulations of relevant laws and regulations, we will store the personal information collected and generated during the operation within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
Currently, we do not engage in cross-border transmission or storage of your personal information. If such cross-border transmission or storage becomes necessary in the future, we will inform you of the purpose of data export, the recipient, security measures, and potential security risks, seeking your consent.
2. Storage Period:
We retain your personal information only for the duration necessary to provide the "iPanda" software and services, unless otherwise specified by applicable laws and regulations.
Upon expiration of the retention period for your personal information, we will delete it in accordance with legal requirements or anonymize the data.

Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies
1. You acknowledge and agree that when you use "iPanda" various technologies may be employed to collect and store information to enhance your browsing experience. During this process, one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers may be sent to your device.
2. While you use "iPanda" we may utilize cookies and similar technologies to gather information about your preferences and usage habits, conduct consultations or data analysis, enhance product services and user experience, improve advertising effectiveness, promptly identify and prevent security risks, and provide you with better services.
3. Cookies will not be used for any purposes beyond those described in this Privacy Policy. You have the option to retain or delete cookies according to your preferences, and you can also clear all cookies stored in software or web pages.

Possible Uses of Personal Information
1. To ensure service security, we may record the frequency of your use of "iPanda." crash data, overall usage patterns, and performance data to better understand the operation status of "iPanda".
2. For an improved experience, service enhancement, or purposes agreed upon by you regarding the use of personal information, and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, we may aggregate information data collected through one service for use in our other services. For example, information collected while you use one of our services may be utilized in another service to provide you with quality content or display non-generic information. If corresponding options are provided in relevant services, you may authorize us to use the information provided and stored in that service for our other services.
3. After collecting your personal information, we will use technical means to de-identify the data, reducing the risk of other organizations or individuals identifying you through de-identified information. We will take technical and managerial measures to store de-identified data separately from information that can be used to recover personally identifiable information. You understand and agree that, in this situation, we have the right to use the de-identified information. Without disclosing your personal information, we have the right to analyze and commercially utilize user databases.
4. Please be aware that unless you delete or withdraw consent (i.e., by rejecting our collection and usage through system settings), all personal information provided by you while using "iPanda" will continue to be authorized for use within the scope of this Privacy Policy during your use of "iPanda". After you deactivate your account, we will cease providing you with "iPanda" delete your personal information upon your request, or anonymize it, except as otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.
5. We may compile statistics on the usage of "iPanda" and may share these statistics with the public or third parties to demonstrate our overall usage trends. However, these statistics will not include any of your personal information.

How we share your information?
We are committed to maintaining your trust, and while we do not sell personal information to third parties, we want you to understand when and with whom we may share the information we collect for business purposes. 
1. We will treat your information with a high level of diligence and responsibility. Upon obtaining your explicit consent, we may share your personal information with third parties. Additionally, we may share your personal information with relevant third parties in accordance with legal requirements, mandatory government requests, or judicial rulings.

2. With your consent, we may share your personal information with our affiliated entities. Subject to the personal information usage and purposes agreed upon in this "Privacy Policy", we will only share necessary personal information with affiliated entities. If affiliated entities need to use personal information beyond the authorized scope for business reasons, we will seek your authorization again.

3. To achieve various purposes stated in this "Privacy Policy", some of our services will be provided by authorized third parties. We may share certain personal information with these authorized third parties to enhance customer service and user experience. We will only share your personal information for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes and only share the necessary personal information to provide such services. Authorized third parties are not permitted to use shared personal information for any other purposes.

4. You agree to our sharing of your information with the following authorized third parties:
Software service providers, smart device providers, or system service providers. When third-party software, devices, or systems combine with "iPanda" products and related services to provide location-based services, we may collect your location information and relevant device information (such as hardware model, operating system version, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), and Media Access Control (MAC) address) based on your system location authorization and settings. If you refuse such information collection and usage, you can adjust settings or disable the software providing services in your device system.

5. For third parties with whom we share your personal information, we will conduct investigations into their data security capabilities and environments, sign strict confidentiality agreements with them, and require them to handle your personal information in accordance with your authorized methods and purposes, this "Privacy Policy", and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

6. As our business continues to develop, we may engage in mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, or similar transactions, and your personal information may be transferred as part of such transactions. In the event of such changes, we will notify you of the circumstances before transferring your personal information and continue to protect or require the new personal information controller to protect your personal information in accordance with legal requirements and security standards no lower than those required by this "Privacy Policy".

7. Without your prior consent, we will not share, transfer, or publicly disclose your personal information to any third party other than affiliated entities, except in the following cases:

(5) Within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, necessary for the maintenance of the lawful rights and interests, or necessary for the safe and stable operation of "iPanda" products or services for other users, their affiliated entities, such as finding, preventing, and dealing with fraudulent activities, and reducing credit risks (excluding the profit-making purpose of disclosing or providing personal information to the public outside the commitments made in this "Privacy Policy").
(6) Collecting personal information from legally publicized information, such as lawful news reports, government information disclosures, and other channels.
(7) Other situations stipulated by laws and regulations.

8. Integrated Third-Party SDK Service Providers
To provide you with high-quality services, iPanda may integrate third-party SDKs or similar applications. For your information security, we have agreed to strict data security and confidentiality obligations with third-party SDK service providers, who will strictly adhere to our data privacy and security requirements.

If you access third-party platforms, such as Facebook，Instagram，Twitter，WeChat, QQ, Weibo and Alipay, to login to the Platform or to share information about your usage on the Platform with others, these third-party platforms may be able to collect information about you, including information about your activity on the Platform, and they may notify your connections on the third-party services about your use of the Platform, in accordance with their privacy policies.

Your Rights
You may submit a request to access or delete the information we have collected about you by sending your request to us at the email or physical address provided in the Contact section at the bottom of this policy. We will respond to your request consistent with applicable law and subject to proper verification. And we do not discriminate based on the exercise of any privacy rights that you might have.

Your Choices
· You may be able to refuse or disable Cookies by adjusting your browser settings. Because each browser is different, please consult the instructions provided by your browser. Please note that you may need to take additional steps to refuse or disable certain types of Cookies. For example, due to differences in how browsers and mobile apps function, you may need to take different steps to disable Cookies used for targeted advertising in a browser and to disable targeted advertising for a mobile application, which you may control through your device settings or mobile app permissions. In addition, your choice to disable cookies is specific to the particular browser or device that you are using when you disable cookies, so you may need to separately disable cookies for each type of browser or device. If you choose to refuse, disable, or delete Cookies, some of the functionality of the Platform may no longer be available to you.  Without this information, we are not able to provide you with all the requested services, and any differences in services are related to your information.
· Your mobile device may include a feature that allows you to opt out of some types of targeted advertising ("Limit Ad Tracking" on IOS and "Opt out of Interest-Based Ads" on Android).
· You can switch off GPS location information functionality on your mobile device if you do not wish to share GPS information.
· Some browsers transmit "do-not-track" signals to websites. Because of differences in how browsers incorporate and activate this feature, it is not always clear whether users intend for these signals to be transmitted, or whether they even are aware of them. We currently do not take action in response to these signals.

Security
We use reasonable measures to help protect information from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. You should understand that no data storage system or transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure. Please note that information collected by third parties may not have the same security protections as information you submit to us, and we are not responsible for protecting the security of such information.  

Children
The privacy of users under the age of 13 ("Younger Users") is important to us. The Platform is not directed at children under the age of 13. If we become aware that personal information has been collected on the Platform from a person under the age of 13 we will delete this information and terminate the person's account. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and this policy sets out the basis on which we process any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us. Where we refer to "iPanda", "we",  "us" or "our" in this Privacy Policy, we mean iPanda.

We collect information about you if you download the app and use the Platform. This includes technical and behavioral information about your use of the Platform.

How will we use the information about you?
We use your information to provide the Platform to you and to improve and administer it. In order to provide an effective and dynamic Platform, and where we have determined it is in our legitimate interests, we use your information to improve and develop the Platform, prevent crime and ensure users’ safety.

Who do we share your information with?
We share your data with third party service providers who help us to deliver the Platform including cloud storage providers. We also share your information with business partners, other companies in the same group as CCTV.COM, content moderation services, measurement providers, and analytics providers. We may share your information with law enforcement agencies, public authorities or with other third parties only where we are legally required to do so or if such use is reasonably necessary (for instance, to ensure your or someone else's safety).

We offer you settings to control and manage the personal data we have about you. You also have the following rights: you can ask us to delete your data; to change or correct your data; to provide a copy of your data and to stop using some or all of your data. You can also contact us using the contact information below, and we will review your request in accordance with applicable laws.

How long do we keep hold of your information?
We retain your information for as long as it is necessary to provide you with the service so that we can fulfil our contractual obligations and exercise our rights in relation to the information involved. If you choose to register to use the Platform using your other platforms details (e.g. Facebook，Instagram，Twitter，WeChat, QQ, Weibo, Alipay), you will provide us or allow your other platform details to provide us with your username and public profile. We will likewise share certain information with the relevant platforms such as your app ID, access token and the referring URL.

Technical Information we collect about you. We collect certain information from you when you use the Platform including when you are using the app without an account. Such information includes your IP address, instance IDs (which allow us to determine which devices to deliver messages to), mobile carrier, time zone settingsand the version of the app you are using. We will also collect information regarding the device you are using to access the Platform such as the model of your device, the device system, network type, device ID, your screen resolution and operating system, audio settings and connected audio devices. Where you log-in from multiple devices, we will be able to use your profile information to identify your activity across devices.

Location. When you use the Platform on a mobile device, we will collect information about your location in order to customize your experience. We infer your approximate location based on your IP address. In certain jurisdictions, we may also collect Global Positioning System data.

In the event of a conflict between the provisions of the Supplemental Terms – Jurisdiction-Specific that are relevant to your jurisdiction from which you access or use the Services, and the rest of policy, the relevant jurisdictions' Supplemental Terms – Jurisdiction-Specific will supersede and control.

Russia.
By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Where we store your personal data. The personal data we collect from you may be stored on a server located in China, outside of the country where you live.  


Indonesia.
If you are using our services in Indonesia, the following additional terms apply. In the event of any conflict between the following additional terms and the provisions of the main body of this policy, the following terms shall apply.
Age, Parental and Guardian Consent. By accessing and/or using this Platform, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age or married or not under guardianship. If you are below 21 years old and you are not married, or under guardianship: you must obtain approval from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s); and your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) are responsible for: (i) all your actions in connection with your access to and use of the Platform; (ii) your compliance with this policy; and (iv) ensuring that any of your participation in the Platform will not, in any event, result in any violation of applicable laws and regulations relating to child protections.
If you do not have consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) and your parent(s) or guardian(s) is not willing to open the account under their name, you must cease accessing the Platform.
Your Choices. You may withdraw your consent to iPanda's disclosure of personal data to third parties. Upon your request, we will ease to display, publish, transmit, disseminate, and/or open the access to your personal data to third parties. Please note that by withdrawing your consent to the disclosure and/or collection of your personal data, we may not be able to fulfill your requests and you may not be able to use some of iPanda features and functionality.
You may request iPanda to (i) disclose history of personal data that we have collected; and/or (ii) erase and dispose your personal data that we have collected on our server. Please note that by requesting us to erase and dispose your personal data, you may not be able to use some of iPanda features and functionality.
Notification. In the event of any breach of personal data, we will notify you and provide you with information regarding such breach of personal data.
Data retention. We retain your information for as long as it is necessary to provide you with the service. Where we do not need your information in order to provide the service to you, we retain it only for so long as we have a legitimate business purpose in keeping such data. However, there are occasions where we are likely to keep this data for five (5) years (or longer if required) in accordance with our legal obligations or where it is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
After you have terminated your use of our Platform and the five (5) years retention period has lapsed, we store your information in an aggregated and anonymized format. Non-personally identifiable information may be retained indefinitely for analytics.


Turkey.
If you are using our services in Turkey, the following additional terms apply. In the event of any conflict between the following additional terms and the provisions of the main body of this policy, the following terms shall prevail.
Purposes for the processing your personal data. Our purposes for processing your personal data categories as mentioned under “1. The types of information we collect” are; (i) complying with our legal obligations, (ii) fulfilling our obligations stemming from the Terms and Conditions, (iii) processing for all legitimate purposes including providing you the services set forth in the Terms and Conditions, (iv) complying with the retaining, reporting and notifying obligations set forth in the legislation and determined by the relevant regulatory authorities and other authorities; and all other obligations provided in the laws, (v) retaining your personal data based on the statute of limitations set out in the relevant laws and (vi) processing of your personal data which are already made public.

If you are using our services in Thailand, the following additional terms apply. In the event of any conflict between the following additional terms and the provisions of the main body of this policy, the following terms shall prevail.
Age, Parental and Guardian Consent. By accessing and/or using this Platform, you represent that you are at least 20 years of age and/or legally competent under the applicable laws. If you are below 20 years old and/or not legally competent under the applicable laws: you must obtain approval from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s);
· your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) are responsible for: (i) all your actions in connection with your access to and use of the Platform; (ii) your compliance with this policy; and (iii) ensuring that any of your participation in the Platform will not, in any event, result in any violation of applicable laws and regulations relating to child protections. If you do not have consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) and your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) is not willing to open the account under their name, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform.


United Arab Emirates.
If you are using the Platform in the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”), the following additional terms apply. If any conflict arises between the main Privacy Policy and the additional terms, the following terms shall prevail:
1. How we share your personal data
In addition to the main text of this policy, by using the Platform in the UAE you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and consent to our sharing of your personal data in line with the main text of this Privacy Policy.

2. Governing law and dispute resolution
By using our Platform in the UAE, this Privacy Policy will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the UAE. In the event of a dispute arising between the parties in connection with this Privacy Policy: where the dispute relates to a claim for a sum within the limits specified by the DIFC Small Claims Tribunal from time to time, then the dispute shall be referred by either party to the said Tribunal; and
· for all other disputes, the parties shall seek settlement of that dispute by mediation in accordance with the Mediation Rules of the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre, which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference to this clause. If the dispute is not settled by mediation within 30 days of the commencement of the mediation, or such further period as the parties shall agree in writing, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre, which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference to this clause. The language to be used in the mediation and in the arbitration, shall be English. In any arbitration commenced pursuant to this clause the number of arbitrators shall be one and the arbitration shall be conducted in Dubai.

South Korea.
· If you are using our services in South Korea, the following additional terms apply. In the event of any conflict between the following additional terms and the provisions of the main body of this policy, the following terms shall prevail. Entrustment and/or Overseas Transfer of Personal Data. We entrust your data to our affiliates, cloud storage providers, IT service providers, and data centers, some of whom are located abroad (See the Korean language Privacy Policy), subject to your consents or notifications to you, if applicable. The entities receiving and processing your data are committed to using and storing personal data in compliance with domestic and international regulations and to taking all available physical and technical measures to protect personal data.  

Brazil.
If you are using the Platform in Brazil, the following additional terms apply. If any conflict arises between the main Privacy Policy and the additional terms, the following terms shall prevail:
Parental and Guardian Consent. If required by Brazilian data protection laws, (i) if you are over the age of 16 but under the age of 18, you can only use and register for an account with the assistance of your parent or legal guardian and you declare and represent that you had such assistance to use the Services and to agree to the Policy; (ii) if you are over the age of 13 but under the age of 16, you can only use and register for an account with the representation of your parent or legal guardian, and you must obtain the consent from your parent or legal guardian to the use of the Services and acceptance of this Privacy Policy.
Exercise of data protection rights. Brazilian law provides certain rights to individuals with regard to their personal data. Thus, we seek to ensure transparency and access controls in order to allow users to benefit from the mentioned rights.

个人信息可能收集的范围与方式
当您在使用“iPanda”时，您理解并同意，我们将可能收集、储存和使用下列与您个人信息有关的数据，这些信息可用于您在使用“iPanda”相关功能，如果您不提供相关信息，可能无法享受我们提供的某些服务，或者无法达到相关服务拟达到的效果。
在您使用“iPanda”的互动留言功能时，根据中华人民共和国相关法律法规，您可能需要通过您的账号提供您的真实身份信息，我们将会根据您的身份属性协助您选择合适的方式完成实名验证。如果您仅需使用浏览、搜索的基本功能，则不需要“iPanda”账号。
1.您向我们提供的信息
1.1您登录或使用“iPanda”时填写和/或提供的信息，可能包括电子邮箱、地址，这些信息能够单独或者与其他信息结合识别用户身份。您可以选择不提供某一或某些信息，但是这样可能使您无法正常使用“iPanda”的某些功能。
2.因您使用“iPanda”获取的信息
2.1日志信息，当您使用“熊猫频道”时，我们会自动收集您对我们服务的使用情况，作为有关网络日志保存。例如您的搜索查询内容、IP地址、浏览器的类型、使用的语言、访问服务的日期和时间、Cookie、Web Beacon。
2.2设备或应用信息，某些移动设备或应用包含唯一应用程序编号。例如您使用的移动设备、浏览器或用于接入“iPanda”的其他程序所提供的配置信息、 设备版本号、设备识别码。为了向您提供更好的服务与改善您的用户体验，“iPanda”可能会记录硬件型号、操作系统版本号、设备ID(Android_ID)、国际移动设备识别码（IMEI）、 网络设备硬件地址（MAC）、设备序列号、CPU版本、设备应用安装列表、 Wifi信息、录音功能、剪切板功能、相册功能、视频功能等软硬件数据。
2.3 位置信息。 当您开启设备定位功能并使用“iPanda”基于位置提供的相关服务时，在获得您的同意后，我们会使用各种信息进行定位， 以使得您不需要手动输入自身地理坐标就可获得相关服务。这些信息包括 IP地址、GPS信号以及能够提供相关位置信息的其他传感器信息 （如可能需要提供附近设备、 WLAN 接入点和基站的信息）。为提升您的体验在获取您同意后，通过位置信息为您提供更优质的服务和内容。
2.4 根据iPanda的各类服务场景的需要，我们会获取包含但不限于【安卓】用户的存储、电话、相机使用权限作为用户身份识别，储存用户在App中获得图片使用。详细权限 名称和使用场景见【重要权限列表】。
3.我们从第三方获得的您的信息
在获得您的同意后，我们可能从第三方获取您授权共享的账户信息（如头像、昵称），并在您同意本《隐私政策》后将您的第三方账户与您的iPanda账户绑定，使您可以通过第三方账户直接登录并使用“iPanda”产品及相关服务。我们将会依据与第三方的约定、对个人信息来源的合法性进行确认后，在符合相关法律法规规定的前提下，使用从第三方获得的您的个人信息。
4.当您使用iPanda的搜索服务时， 我们会收集您的搜索关键字信息、设备信息等。 为了提供高效的搜索服务，部分前述信息会暂时存储在您的本地存储设备之中。您理解并同意，如您的搜索关键字信息无法单独或结合其他信息识别到您的个人身份，其不属于法律意义上的个人信息，因此我们有权以其他的目的对其进行使用；只有当您的搜索关键字信息可以单独或结合其他信息识别到您的个人身份时，则在结合使用期间，我们会将您的搜索关键字信息作为您的个人信息，与您的搜索历史记录一同按照本《隐私政策》对其进行处理与保护。
5.当您参加我们举办的有关营销活动时，我们根据活动需要可能会收集您的姓名、通信地址、联系方式信息。这些信息是您收到礼品所必要的，如果您拒绝提供这些信息，我们将可能无法向您发放礼品。

我们如何使用您的信息？
如下所述，我们使用您的信息是为了履行和执行《央视网熊猫频道用户使用协议》，改进和管理本平台，并授权您使用本平台的功能。
我们一般将为以下目的使用所收集的个人信息：
· 提升产品质量、服务水平、本平台功能、支持力度和内部运营效率，具体包括故障排除、数据分析、测试、研究、统计和调查，以及征求您的反馈意见
· 改进和开发我们的平台，并进行产品开发
· 了解您使用本平台的方式，包括跨设备使用的方式
· 确保您符合本平台的使用年龄要求（根据法律要求）
· 与您沟通，包括通知您我们服务的变更情况
· 执行我们的条款、条件和政策
· 出于上述任何目的，将我们收集或接收到的关于您的所有信息进行整合
· 用于我们收集您的信息时向您披露的或经您同意的任何其他目的。

个人信息的存储
1.信息存储的地点
我们依照法律法规的规定，将在境内运营过程中收集和产生的您的个人信息存储于中华人民共和国境内。
目前我们不会跨境传输或存储您的个人信息。将来如需跨境传输或存储的，我们会向您告知信息出境的目的、接收方、安全保证措施和安全风险，并征得您的同意。
2.存储期限
我们仅在为提供“熊猫频道”软件及服务之目的所必需的期间内保留您的个人信息，但法律法规另有规定的除外。
在您的个人信息超出保留期限后，我们会根据适用法律的要求删除您的个人信息，或使其匿名化处理。

对Cookie和同类技术的使用
1.您理解并同意，当您使用“熊猫频道”时，为使您获得更轻松的访问体验，我们可能会使用各种技术来收集和存储信息，在此过程中可能会向您的设备发送一个或多个Cookie或匿名标识符。
2.当您使用“熊猫频道”时，我们可能会利用Cookie和同类技术收取您的信息用于了解您的偏好和使用习惯，进行咨询或数据分析，改善产品服务及用户体验，提高广告效果，及时发现并防范安全风险，为您提供更好的服务。
3.我们不会将Cookie用于本《隐私政策》所述目的之外的任何其他用途，您可以根据自己的偏好留存或删除Cookie，也可以清除软件或网页中保存的所有Cookie。

个人信息可能的使用方式
1.为了努力确保服务的安全，我们可能记录您使用“熊猫频道”的频率、崩溃数据、总体使用情况、性能数据，帮助我们更好地了解“熊猫频道”的运行情况。
2.为了让您有更好的体验、改善我们的服务或您同意的个人信息使用目的，在符合相关法律法规的前提下，我们可能将通过某一项服务所收集的信息数据，以汇集信息数据的方式，用于我们的其他服务。例如，在您使用我们的一项服务时所收集的信息，可能在我们的另一服务中用于向您提供优质内容，或向您展示非普遍推送的信息。如果我们在相关服务中提供了相应选项，您也可以授权我们将该服务所提供和储存的信息用于我们的其他服务。
3.在收集您的个人信息后，我们将通过技术手段对数据进行去标识化处理，以降低其他组织或个人通过去标识化处理后的个人信息识别到您的风险，并采取技术和管理方面的措施，将去标识化后的数据与可用于恢复识别个人的信息分开存储。请您了解并同意，在此情况下我们有权使用已经去标识化的信息；并在不透露您个人信息的前提下，我们有权对用户数据库进行分析并予以商业化的利用。
4.请您注意，除非您删除或撤回同意（即通过系统设置拒绝我们的收集和使用），您在使用“熊猫频道”时所提供的所有个人信息，将在您使用“熊猫频道”期间持续授权我们在符合本《隐私政策》的范围内使用。在您注销账号后，我们将停止为您提供“熊猫频道”，根据您的要求删除您的个人信息，或做匿名化处理，但法律法规另有规定的除外。
5.我们会对“熊猫频道”使用情况进行统计，并可能会与公众或第三方共享这些统计信息，以展示我们的整体使用趋势。但这些统计信息不会包含您的任何个人信息。

我们如何共享您的信息？
我们致力于维护您的信任，虽然我们不会将个人信息出售给第三方，但我们希望您了解我们出于商业目的共享所收集的个人信息的时间和对象。 
1、 我们会以高度的勤勉义务对待您的信息。在获得您的明确同意后，我们可能会与第三方共享您的个人信息。另外，我们可能会按照法律法规的要求或强制性的政府要求或司法裁定等，与相关的第三方共享您的个人信息。
2、在获得您的同意后，我们可能会将您的个人信息与我们的关联方共享。受限于您在本《隐私政策》中所同意的个人信息使用方式与目的，我们只会与关联方共享必要的个人信息。关联方如因业务需要，确需超出前述授权范围使用个人信息的，将再次征求您的授权同意。
3、为实现本《隐私政策》中声明的若干目的，我们的某些服务将由授权第三方提供。我们可能会与此等授权第三方共享您的某些个人信息，以提供更好的客户服务和用户体验。我们仅会出于合法、正当、必要、特定、明确的目的共享您的个人信息，并且只会共享提供该等服务所必要的个人信息。授权第三方无权将共享的个人信息用于任何其他用途。
4、您同意我们与如下授权第三方共享信息：
软件服务提供商、智能设备提供商或系统服务提供商。当第三方软件、设备、系统与“iPanda”产品及相关服务结合为您提供基于位置的服务时， 我们可能会基于您对系统定位的授权及设定，收集您的位置信息及相关设备信息（例如硬件型号、操作系统版本号、国际移动设备身份识别码（IMEI）、 网络设备硬件地址（MAC）并提供给前述提供商。如您拒绝此类信息的收集及使用，您可以在设备系统中进行设置或关闭提供服务的软件。
5、对我们与之共享您个人信息的第三方，我们会对其数据安全能力与环境进行调查，与其签署严格的保密协定，并要求他们按照您同意的方式和目的、依据本《隐私政策》以及其他任何相关的保密和安全措施来处理您的个人信息。
6、随着我们业务的持续发展，我们将有可能进行合并、收购、资产转让或类似的交易，您的个人信息有可能作为此类交易的一部分而被转移。在发生前述变更时，我们将在转移您的个人信息前通知您有关情况，并按照法律法规及不低于本《隐私政策》所要求的安全标准继续保护或要求新的个人信息控制者继续保护您的个人信息。
7、未经您本人事先同意，我们不会向除关联方外的任何第三方，共享、转让、公开披露您的个人信息，下列情形除外：
（1）事先获得您的明确授权同意；
（2）您自行向第三方共享的；
（3）与国家安全、国防安全、公共安全、公共卫生、公共利益直接相关的；
（4）根据适用的法律法规的要求、强制性的行政和司法要求所必须的情况下进行披露或提供，或与犯罪侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行等直接相关的。在符合法律法规的前提下，当我们收到前述披露信息的请求时，我们会要求对方必须出具与之相应的法律文件，如传票或调查函。我们将对所有的请求都进行审慎的审查，以确保其具备合法依据，且仅限于行政、司法部门因特定调查目的有合法权利获取的数据；
（5）在法律法规允许的范围内，为维护“iPanda”其他用户、其关联方的生命、财产等合法权益或维权产品或服务的安全稳定运行所必需的，例如查找、预防、处理欺诈等违法活动和减少信用风险等（不包括违反本《隐私政策》中所做的承诺而为获利目的对外公开或提供个人信息）；
（6）从合法公开披露的信息中收集个人信息的，如合法的新闻报道、政府信息公开等渠道；
（7）法律法规规定的其他情形。
8. 我们接入的第三方SDK服务商
为了向您提供优质服务，iPanda可能会集成第三方SDK或其他类似的应用程序。为了您的信息安全，我们已与第三方SDK服务商约定严格的数据安全保密义务，这些公司会严格遵守我们的数据隐私和安全要求。

若您需要访问或删除我们收集的有关您的信息，请通过本《隐私政策》底部“联系方式”部分提供的电子邮箱或实际地址与我们联系。我们将核实您的请求，并按照适用法律进行处理。我们不会削减您所应享受的隐私权。

您的选择

安全
我们采取合理措施来防止信息丢失、窃取、不当使用及未经授权的访问、披露、篡改和损坏。但请您理解，任何数据存储系统或通过互联网或任何其他公共网络进行的数据传输都不能保证信息百分之百的安全。谨此提醒您，第三方可能不具备与我们相当的信息安全保护能力，我们对第三方使用您提供的信息不承担任何责任。  

儿童

我们在哪里存储您的个人数据？
我们向您收集的个人数据可能会存储在您所在国土以外的中国服务器上。   

印度尼西亚
如果您在印度尼西亚使用我们的服务，则适用以下附加条款。如果以下附加条款与本《隐私政策》正文的规定有任何冲突，应适用以下条款。 
年龄、父母和监护人同意
访问和/或使用本平台，即表示您已年满 21 周岁、已婚或未受监护。如果您未满 21 周岁且未结婚或未受监护：您必须获得父母或法定监护人的同意；并且您的父母或法定监护人对以下事项负责：(i) 与您访问和/或使用本平台有关的所有行为；(ii) 与您访问和/或使用本平台有关的所有行为；(iii) 与您访问和/或使用本平台有关的所有行为：(i) 您与访问和使用本平台相关的所有行为；(ii) 您对本《隐私政策》的遵守；以及 (iv) 确保您对本平台的任何参与在任何情况下都不会导致违反与儿童保护相关的适用法律和法规。

您可撤回同意熊猫频道向第三方披露个人资料。根据您的要求，我们将放宽向第三方展示、公布、传输、传播和/或开放访问您的个人资料。请注意，撤回您对披露及/或收集您个人资料的同意，我们可能无法满足您的要求，而您亦可能无法使用熊猫频道的某些服务及功能。
您可要求熊猫频道(i)披露我们所收集的个人资料的历史；及／或(ii)删除及处置我们在服务器上所收集的您的个人资料。请注意，如要求我们删除及处置您的个人资料，您可能无法使用熊猫频道的某些服务及功能。
通知
如果发生任何个人数据泄露事件，我们将通知您并向您提供有关此类个人数据泄露事件的信息。
数据保留
只要是为您提供服务所必需的，我们都会保留您的信息。如果我们不需要您的信息来为您提供服务，我们将仅在有合法商业目的的情况下保留您的信息。但是，在某些情况下，我们可能会根据我们的法律义务或在确立、行使或捍卫法律索赔时有必要将这些数据保留五（5）年（或如有需要则更长）。

处理您个人数据的目的
我们处理您的个人数据的目的如 “1.我们收集的信息类型 ”中提到的处理您的个人数据的目的是：(i) 履行我们的法律义务，(ii) 履行我们根据条款和条件承担的义务，(iii) 出于所有合法目的进行处理，包括向您提供条款和条件中规定的服务，(iv) 履行法律规定的、由相关监管机构和其他机构确定的保留、报告和通知义务，以及法律规定的所有其他义务，(v) 根据时效规定保留您的个人数据；以及法律规定的所有其他义务，(v) 根据相关法律规定的时效保留您的个人数据，以及 (vi) 处理您已公开的个人数据。

如果您在越南使用我们的服务，则适用以下附加条款。如果以下附加条款与本《隐私政策》正文的规定有任何冲突，应以以下条款为准。
年龄、父母和监护人同意。访问和/或使用本平台，即表示您已年满16周岁或未受监护。如果您未满16周岁或受监护：您必须获得父母或法定监护人的同意；并且您的父母或法定监护人对以下事项负责：(i) 您与访问和使用本平台相关的所有行为；(ii) 您对本《隐私政策》的遵守；以及 (iii) 确保您对本平台的任何参与在任何情况下均不会导致违反与儿童保护相关的适用法律和法规。如果您未获得您父母或法定监护人的同意，且您父母或法定监护人不愿意以他们的名义开设账户，则您必须停止访问本平台。

年龄、父母和监护人同意
访问和/或使用本平台，即表示您已年满 20 周岁和/或具备适用法律规定的法律行为能力。如果您未满 20 周岁和/或不具备适用法律规定的法律行为能力：您必须获得父母或法定监护人的同意；并且
· 您的父母或法定监护人负责(i) 您与访问和使用本平台相关的所有行为；(ii) 您对本《隐私政策》的遵守；以及 (iii) 确保您对本平台的任何参与在任何情况下均不会导致违反与儿童保护相关的适用法律和法规。如果您未获得您父母或法定监护人的同意，且您父母或法定监护人不愿意以他们的名义开设账户，您必须立即停止访问本平台。

阿拉伯联合酋长国
如果您在阿拉伯联合酋长国（以下简称 “阿联酋”）使用本平台，则适用以下附加条款。如果主要隐私政策与附加条款之间出现任何冲突，应以以下条款为准： 
1.我们如何共享您的个人数据
除本《隐私政策》外，在阿联酋使用本平台即表示您同意本《隐私政策》的条款，并同意我们根据本《隐私政策》共享您的个人数据。 
2.准据法和争议解决
在阿联酋使用我们的平台，本《隐私政策》将受阿联酋法律管辖，并根据阿联酋法律进行解释。如果双方之间出现与本《隐私政策》相关的争议：如果争议涉及 DIFC 法院小额索赔法庭不时规定的限额内的索赔金额，则任何一方均应将争议提交上述法庭；以及
· 对于所有其他争议，双方应根据《DIFC-LCIA 仲裁中心调解规则》寻求通过调解解决该争议，该《规则》被视为通过引用纳入本条款。如果争议在调解开始后 30 天内或双方书面同意的更长期限内未能通过调解解决，则应根据《DIFC-LCIA 仲裁中心仲裁规则》将争议提交仲裁并通过仲裁最终解决，该《仲裁规则》被视为通过提及本条款而纳入其中。调解和仲裁中使用的语言应为英语。在根据本条款启动的任何仲裁中，仲裁员人数应为一名，仲裁应在迪拜进行。

韩国
· 如果您在韩国使用我们的服务，则适用以下附加条款。如果以下附加条款与本《隐私政策》正文的规定有任何冲突，应以以下条款为准。
个人数据的委托和/或海外转移
· 我们将您的数据委托给我们的附属机构、云存储提供商、IT 服务提供商和数据中心，其中一些位于国外（参见韩语版隐私政策），但须经您同意或通知您（如适用）。接收和处理您数据的实体承诺按照国内和国际法规使用和存储个人数据，并采取一切可用的物理和技术措施保护个人数据。  

巴西
如果您在巴西使用平台，则适用以下附加条款。如果本《隐私政策》正文与附加条款之间出现任何冲突，应以以下条款为准： 
父母和监护人同意
如果巴西数据保护法规定，(i) 如果您年满 16 周岁但未满 18 周岁，您只能在父母或法定监护人的协助下使用和注册账户，并且您声明和陈述您在父母或法定监护人的协助下使用服务并同意本《隐私政策》；(ii) 如果您年满 13 周岁但未满 16 周岁，您只能在父母或法定监护人的代理下使用和注册账户，并且您必须获得父母或法定监护人的同意才能使用服务和接受本《隐私政策》。
行使数据保护权
巴西法律规定了个人对其个人数据的某些权利。因此，我们努力确保透明度和访问控制，以便用户能够享受上述权利。
我们将根据适用法律，并在适用的情况下，根据《巴西通用数据保护法》（LGPD）（一旦生效），回应和/或满足您行使以下权利的请求：
1. 确认您的数据是否正在被处理；
2. 查阅您的数据
3. 更正不完整、不准确或过时的数据；
4. 匿名化、拦截或删除数据；
5. 将个人数据转给第三方；
6. 反对处理个人数据；
7. 与我们共享数据的公共和私人实体的信息；
8. 拒绝提供个人数据的可能性及相应后果的信息（如适用）；
9. 撤回同意。 
对您权利的限制
在某些情况下，我们可能有正当理由不满足您的某些要求。例如，如果披露某些信息可能会对我们的业务造成不利影响，或有可能侵犯我们的商业秘密或知识产权时，我们可能会选择不向您披露这些信息。此外，如果为了履行法律或监管义务而需要保留您的数据，或者在发生争议时需要保留您的数据以保护我们的权利和利益，我们可能会拒绝您的删除请求。在这种情况下，如果我们无法满足您的要求，我们会告知您我们无法满足您要求的原因。

访问日志
为了履行法律义务，我们将在保密的情况下，在受控和安全的环境中保存您的应用程序访问日志至少6个月。
